Looking for some fun maternity session inspo?! Look no further! Pool side maternity sessions are where it’s at! You don’t have to worry about the heat or driving to a destination far enough that when you arrive, you immediately have to pee – mama’s you know what I’m talking about!

I had the most fun time dreaming up and planning this fun, summer, pool side maternity session with my clients! These two are OG’s in the Savannah Michelle Photography family. I first shot their engagement photos and wedding, and now I got to be a part of their next big chapter together…becoming parents! Literally, every time I get to experience all of the life stages with my clients, I just have a “pinch me” moment. It’s seriously the most special thing that I will never be able to put into words!

When I was looking for maternity session inspo on Pinterest to get excited about my session, there was literally nothing out there for pool maternity sessions. Like three images. So, when I saw that, it got my wheels spinning and I knew I had to make this session as fun and different as possible to be able to fill that gap for all of my fellow photogs and clients looking for “Maternity session inspo.”

We pulled out all the stops on this one. Between multiple outfits, mama’s fav maternity craving – PDQ shake, dad’s favorite hobby – golf, getting wet AND braking out the drone and underwater camera – we did it all! The laid back, fun atmosphere and multiple perspectives of this shoot made it stand out for an epic maternity session.
